About Us
AYG Group is a privately-held company that operates hotels and restaurants in Turkey and Germany. The family-owned company was founded in the early 70’s when Aygün Family opened their first restaurant in Berlin.
AYG Group of companies has continued to grow exponentially ever since, opening the first two group hotels in 1998 in Istanbul. This was followed by the opening of Titanic Beach Resort Hotel in 2003 as pioneer of theme hotels in Antalya.
Parallel to the development of corporate branding, the group renovated and renamed the existing properties as Titanic Comfort Hotel Şişli and Titanic City Hotel Taksim in 2008. This was quickly followed by the opening of Titanic Business Hotel Asia in the commercial area of Kartal same year and Titanic Port in Bakirkoy a year later. The group has also completed and opened Titanic Comfort Hotel Asia, exclusively for the patients and visitors of Anadolu Medical Center in Gebze.
With the opening of Titanic Comfort Hotel Berlin Mitte in 2011, and Titanic Business Hotel Europe that will open in march 2012, AYG group will reach a total number of eight hotels and eight restaurants both in Turkey and Germany. The group has also decided to fast-track with 3 new hotel projects in the pipeline.
