DISCLOSURE STATEMENT ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF OUR HOTEL GUESTS AND VISITORS

A) Protection of Personal Data and Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed within the framework of the Law no 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (PPDL), arrangements and regulations of the Personal Data Protection Authority and provisions of other applicable legislation and our Hotel takes all reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security aimed at safeguarding and protection of personal and preventing unauthorized access to and illegal processing of personal data.

Titanic Hotel may, acting in the capacity of a data controller, process your personal data within the framework of PPDL and relevant applicable legislation in accordance and in compliance with the legislation within the scope of this disclosure policy and the purposes set out below.

B) The Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data shall be processed to ensure the security of our Hotel as well as to enable you to make use of our facilities and services and internet access that our Hotel provides to its hotel guests and visitors and to allow you to access and use the social facilities of the Hotel (SPA, Fitness and other sports facilities and activities), and to capture and manage access records and for the purpose of fulfillment of our obligations imposed upon us by the applicable laws and legislation in accordance and in compliance with the conditions regarding processing of personal data as set forth in articles 5 and 6 of the Law no 6698 and your personal may be transferred to official authorities only limited to the purpose of notifying competent official authorities of your identity information pursuant to the Law no 1774 on Identity Reporting.

C) To whom and for what purposes processed data may be transferred

TYour personal data may be transferred to our business partners, shareholders, affiliates, legally competent public authorities and private natural persons and legal entities within the scope of the requirements and purposes for processing of personal data as set forth in articles 8 and 9 of the Law no 6698 however only limited to the achievement of the purposes set forth above.

D) Method and Legal Grounds of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected by our Hotel based on the legal reasons as specified in subparagraph (b) and (c) hereinabove. Your personal data may be collected through various different channels including electronic and physical media, via internet access of the data subject within our Company (log records), identification certificate and vehicle license plate number submitted to our Company and verbally or through closed circuit camera system installed in our Company. Your personal data collected hereunder may, if and to the extent required for achievement of the purposes listed in subparagraph (b) and (c) of this Disclosure Statement, be processed and transferred within the framework of the personal data processing requirements and purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No 6698.

E) Your Rights on the Processing of Personal Data

Pursuant to the provisions of article 11 of PPDL, you are entitled to apply to our Company and a) To learn whether your personal data have been processed; b) To request information as to the processing of personal data, if and when your personal data have been processed; c) To learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purposes for what they are collected; d) To learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purposes for what they are collected; e) To request rectification in the event your personal data have been processed incompletely or incorrectly; f) To request deletion or destruction of your personal data pursuant to the requirements stipulated in the relevant article of the Law; g) To request notification of the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred about the transactions and procedures performed pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f); h) To object to the processing, exclusively by automated, of your personal data, leading to an unfavorable consequence for you; i)To request compensation for your losses in the event you suffer any loss or damage due to the processing your personal data in violation of the law You may submit your applications regarding your personal data using a PPDL application form that you can access here through the channels set forth in the said application form.
