Debuting under the exclusive Titanic Hotels Reserve brand, this sanctuary redefines the traditional mountain retreat by seamlessly weaving together immersive nature, therapeutic thermal waters, and personalized longevity science.
Designed as a place to slow down, reconnect with nature and focus on personal wellbeing, Titanic Reserve Kaçkar will bring together mountain living, thermal experiences and tailored wellness programmes in a setting shaped by mist-covered forests, flowing rivers and the rich cultural heritage of the region.
A New Perspective on Thermal Wellness
At the heart of the experience will be an extensive thermal and wellness offering, combining the restorative atmosphere of the mountains with a considered range of indoor and outdoor facilities. The planned highlights include the Forest Infinity Pool, an open-air thermal infinity pool overlooking the surrounding woodland, alongside an indoor thermal pool, panoramic sauna, steam room, traditional Turkish hammam and salt room.
Outdoor wellness spaces will introduce guests to the traditions of the Russian bath, or banya, as well as supervised cold-water immersion and movement sessions overlooking the forest. From peaceful thermal rituals to yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, meditation and sound healing, the experience will invite guests to discover a more mindful rhythm of travel.
Personalised Wellbeing and Longevity
A defining feature of Titanic Reserve Kaçkar will be the Reserve Clinic and its Reserve 360° Longevity Method, an integrated approach designed around individual health, wellbeing and performance goals. Planned programmes will focus on preventive health and longevity, metabolic wellbeing and weight management, brain health and mental resilience, restorative sleep and recovery, and physical strength and performance. Through individual assessment and personalised guidance, the Reserve Clinic will offer a more considered approach to wellbeing, complementing the tranquillity of a mountain escape.

Beyond its thermal and wellness facilities, Titanic Reserve Kaçkar will celebrate the distinctive character of Rize and the wider Black Sea region. The resort’s dining concept will bring seasonal local ingredients and contemporary interpretations of Turkish and Black Sea cuisine to the table, with an emphasis on local producers, traditional flavours, open-fire cooking, mountain honey and dairy.
Rize’s celebrated tea culture will also take centre stage, with a dedicated tea lounge offering a welcoming setting to pause and enjoy the day, complemented by a Vitamin Boost Bar for refreshments after wellness activities.
The surrounding landscape will provide an invitation to explore throughout the seasons. Guests will be able to discover the region through guided walks, mountain and plateau routes, forest trails, waterfalls, historic landmarks and experiences around the Fırtına Valley. From quiet mornings in nature to active days outdoors, the destination will offer opportunities to connect with the region at an individual pace.
The property is also being planned with wider guest experiences in mind, including dedicated meeting spaces and a nature-inspired kids’ club, creating opportunities for family stays, small gatherings and wellbeing-focused retreats.
